A Whole Nother World
If you’ve been scuba diving, think back to the first time you saw the reef and recall the moment you uncovered the world beneath the water’s surface.

These are the kind of books you can’t unread. Even-if-you-read-them-on-Kindle.
The deal is, many (most) of us breathe through our mouth when we should be breathing through our nose. This mouth breathing business is a disaster for our general health, dental hygiene, posture and worst of all, snoring.
It’s only been a couple of weeks since I switched to nose breathing. Aside from feeling generally much calmer (come back in a year, you say), the first big difference I’ve noticed is that I dehydrate slower. I need much, much less water even when doing pretty intense exercise.
But there’s something else entirely, something unexpected.

Cold Brew
It’s up and running. This week we had our first user tests in the Rok plunge pod - nicknamed ‘Cold Brew’. After a great response to my invitation for an adventure we made a road trip with some wonderful readers of this newsletter. I’ll share some more pics and video when they’re ready.
Water temperature got as low as 5 degrees C. Brrr.
